Our people

We are a sincere company with a straightforward vision. We believe there is an amazing amount to learn in the real world working alongside the people we support and their families. With this in mind we began to gather our team of people in November 2018. Since then our team has grown significantly, all of whom understand and are committed to our mission, vision and values. 

We have had an amazing journey to get to where we are today and feel confident in providing a professional and effective service to the people we support and their families. 

The only way to achieve great things is to have a great team of people that truly love their job, that is why we only employ the best. There are two important attributes that our employees possess, that is, common sense and a heart! The rest can be taught and trained. Talent goes beyond a qualification on a piece of paper. In saying this, across our team of people there is many years of sector knowledge, qualifications and experience.

As cheesy as it sounds, we live and breathe what we do, we are enthusiastic and take pride in always doing the best for the people we serve.

We have a suite of training tools and courses that all our employees participate in. This is critical in ensuring we are compliant with legislation and are a forever evolving and forward-thinking provider. 

We are a paperless provider with efficient and practical IT systems. These systems allow for an open and transparent service that allows our participants and families to engage and monitor progress towards goal achievements. The other benefit in the systems we have
